In my twenties, my body broke down in a way that medicine had no answer for. An aggressive autoimmune condition spread across my skin - bleeding from the lightest touch. Doctors called it chronic. Incurable. Something to manage, never to resolve.
I healed it.
Not through willpower. Not through the right supplement or protocol. I healed by going into the body's own intelligence. Into the unspoken truth that the condition was trying to surface. Into the moment I stopped fighting my body and started listening to it.
