The world will ask you who you are.
And if you don't know, the world will tell you.
Enter the Temple Whose voice is in your head when you make a decision?
Is it really yours? Ever since you were little, you have been absorbing what is good, what is responsible, what success and love are supposed to look like - and you get remarkably good at it. Reading the room. Being useful. Making the sensible choice, again and again, until the rules stop sounding like rules. They start sounding like you.
But that is only half the truth. You have been creating this whole time. Through what you choose, what you give your energy to, and what you have come to believe is possible for you.
Your creation does not stop when you lose touch with yourself. It continues through habit, inherited expectations and whatever once helped you belong. When those rules have been there long enough, following them can feel like following yourself.
Which brings us back to the question:
How much of this life did I ever consciously choose?
You can understand all of this and still find yourself saying yes when you mean no, holding your breath, getting through the day. Your nervous system learns through experience, and familiar ways of protecting yourself can outlast the situations that taught them. To choose differently, you need room to hear yourself - and a body that feels safe enough to follow.
The body remembers, too.
Your body is your home.
Not a place where the world gets to pile up.
The words you swallowed. The face you put on because what you actually felt would not have been welcome. You carried on, and your body carried the effort - a tightened jaw, raised shoulders, a breath held without noticing.
Long before we understand words, we experience comfort through being held. Somewhere between infancy and now, that kind of contact can become rare. We learn to manage, explain and keep going. There is something profound about being met through touch again - touch you welcome, with time to settle into it.
You are not one symptom, one story or one problem to solve. Your body, nervous system, emotions, thoughts, energy and inner life can all shape the same experience. Different moments may ask for a different entry point, but none of those parts exist in isolation.

Soul Touch
Sound Massage & Fascial Therapy
Come when your body feels like it is holding more than rest, stretching or talking it through has been able to shift.
01Your body feels tight, guarded or heavy - especially through the jaw, shoulders, back or hips - and it is hard to fully let go.
02You feel wired, overstimulated or stuck in your head and want help returning to sensation, breath and a calmer pace.
03You want deeper recovery after training, long periods of stress or simply carrying too much for too long.
04You want bodywork that responds to you - not the same massage sequence given to everyone.
Soul Touch is a 60-minute sensory bodywork experience, not a preset protocol. We begin with aromatherapy, warmth and intentional touch. From there, the session can move into fascial and myofascial work for areas that feel restricted or guarded, singing-bowl sound massage and vibration to support deep settling and body awareness, and energetic work where it feels relevant.
The balance is shaped around what you share before the session and what your body is showing in the moment. Some sessions are more physical. Some are more sound-led. Most move between both. We close slowly, with time to integrate, Ayurvedic tea and space before you step back into the rest of your day.
Send me a DM. I will reply with a short form and current availability so I have context before we meet.

Fascia & myofascial work+
Fascia is the connective-tissue web that runs through the whole body. It wraps and separates muscles, supports structures, helps tissues glide over one another and plays a role in how force is transmitted through movement. When an area becomes stiff, sensitised or less mobile, you may feel it as pulling, reduced range, discomfort or the sense that one part of your body is constantly working harder than it should.
Myofascial work is slow and sustained rather than forceful. Pressure and traction are held long enough for the tissue to respond, with the aim of creating more ease between layers, reducing protective holding and giving movement more room. In studies of chronic low-back pain, systematic reviews have reported improvements in pain and physical function, with some studies also finding gains in mobility, disability and paraspinal muscle activity. In Soul Touch, fascia work is never "deep for the sake of deep". It is precise, responsive and guided by what your body is actually showing.

Research is condition-specific. Soul Touch is complementary bodywork and is not presented as medical treatment.
Sound massage & vibration+
Sound massage is not just something you hear. A singing bowl produces a fundamental tone, layers of overtones and a mechanical vibration you can physically feel. When a bowl is placed on or close to the body, sound reaches you through hearing while vibration is received through touch at the same time. The body is being given one steady, rhythmic sensory experience from two directions.
That combination can make it easier to come out of constant mental activity and into direct body awareness, slower breathing and deeper rest. Recent clinical reviews of singing-bowl interventions report reductions in anxiety and stress in several populations, improvements in wellbeing and sleep in some studies, and physiological changes including lower heart rate, higher heart-rate variability and, in some studies, increased theta and delta brain-wave activity. The evidence is still growing, but this is why sound is used in Soul Touch as an active part of the session - not as background music.

These findings do not mean every person will have the same response. Singing bowls are used here as a complementary sensory and relaxation practice.
How the balance is chosen+
The point is not to fit you into one method. Soul Touch treats fascia work, intentional touch, sound, vibration and energetic work as different tools for the same person. Some days the body is asking for more physical work. Some days sound is the clearest way in. Often the most useful session moves between both.
Your short form gives me context before we meet, but the session stays responsive. The balance can shift once you are on the table, depending on what you share, what you want to focus on and what becomes clear through the work itself.

Digital space
Coming soonThe Inner Temple
A place to continue the work in your own time.
As the body settles, there can be more room to hear what has been underneath the noise. The Inner Temple is a growing digital space for channelled meditations, transmissions, energy work, guided practices and future courses - something you can return to and actually work with.
A digital space to return to - not more content to collect.
Work with me 1:1
Coming soonFor the things that need to be met in real time.
A relationship you are inside. A decision you keep circling. A transition that looks manageable from the outside but does not feel simple from where you are standing. 1:1 work gives us room to stay with what is actually happening now.
Sessions can combine real-time channeling, tailored meditation, deeper energetic practice and bay leaf work when relevant. The aim is not to tell you what to do. It is to help you hear yourself clearly enough to choose.
Personal. Specific. Built around the moment you are actually living through.
Why I do this work
When my body gave me no other choice, I had to learn how to listen.
"I thought I was doing life right."
Being capable was simply who I was. I danced from the age of two, competed, studied at two colleges, lived abroad and learned how to keep going long after my body was asking me to stop. I was doing what I knew how to do - until my body made that impossible.
At twenty-five, a severe autoimmune skin condition spread across my body and face. My skin could bleed from the lightest touch. I stopped dancing. I stopped wanting people to see me. I tried doctors, medication and treatment after treatment for almost two years, until the answers outside of me began running out.
There was a point where I knew I had two choices: give up on the possibility that my life could be different, or go somewhere I had barely gone before. Inward.
It started with meditation - nothing else, not yet. Just sitting with myself every day, long enough to actually listen. Slowly, my skin began to heal. With it came something I had lost long before my health: trust in my body and in my own ability to participate in my healing.
What followed - energy work, channeling, shamanic practice, sound and bodywork - did not replace one answer with another. Each gave me a different way to understand the same person. That became the red thread of Temple of Sha'Rena.
What came back was not only my health. It was my relationship with myself. Sha'Rena is the name I gave to that place inside me that remembers what is true underneath everything I learned to be.

Temple of Sha'Rena
Experience yourself, rather than the world.
The world does not need to go quiet for you to know who you are. Your work, your people and your responsibilities can still matter. The difference is that you are finally there while you live them - not performing the life you learned, but choosing the one you want to experience.
Maybe that is the real freedom in all of this: knowing this was always one way to experience being here, and that you are the one who gets to create the next one.
The world will ask you who you are.
This time, you'll know.
